Gradually, you will be trained in the administrative functions of the manager: purchasing, daily and monthly inventories, budget forecasts, work schedules, payroll documents, etc.

The roaster occupies a key position within the company since he is in charge of the product for which Au Coq is famous, the roast chicken. As a roaster, your duties consist of receiving the chicken, planning the quantities to be roasted, skewering the chicken and monitoring its cooking very closely in order to serve chicken that is roasted just right. This position requires good manual dexterity since you are in charge of cutting the chicken when it is canned. Cooking fries, bacon, ribs, breast fillets, etc. is also part of your job. For customer satisfaction, respecting Au Coq standards in terms of quality, quantity and presentation are of great importance in this position, not to mention hygiene and safety. You must also ensure the cleanliness of the ovens and equipment you use. There are opportunities for advancement within the company. Several qualified roasters have been promoted to Assistant Manager.
